After trying several methods i finally discovered a pimple treatment that works for me, you may want to try it and then let me know if it worked out for you, it is not expensive, actually it is a cheap treatment compared to professional ones.

I wash my face two times a day (morning and night) with lukewarm water, it is actually a gentle wash, not too much scrubbing or exfoliating of any kind, the wash is mostly to remove the excess oil that you usually find in your skin if you have pimples.

The second step in this pimple treatment, and a very important one is to dry your face completely, regular water in your hous can have lots of bacteria, so you should dry your face completely, again you dont have to scrub you can just five to ten minutes so your skin is totally dry before continuing.

Third step, apply benzoyle peroxide 2.5% lotion or cream, you can find these in any drugstore or pharmacy, all comercial brands like clearasil or oxy use this active ingredient, i recomment 2.5% because it is not so aggresive on the skin, and the face in the skin is normally very thin and delicate, but if you want you can try this pimple treatment with 5% or even 10% benzoyle peroxide. 

Apply a regular amount on all your face, and a more significant amount in more affected areas, once it has dried you can apply a moisturizer to keep the skin looking young and healthy and not walk around with flaky dry looking skin.

Make sure the benzoyle peroxide has dried completely before applying the moisturizer, you dont want to make a weird paste by combining the two.

Try out this method it is very easy and cheap, and should be your first option to treat your pimples, if this kind of pimple treatment doesnt work, you can start climbing your way up to more professional and expensive treatments.

As with all forms of acne, the causes of zits are not exactly known, but back zits can be specially painful and annoying.
